Order Questions

NOTE: This section applies only if you have NOT prepaid for images and you wish to buy them now.

To purchase a digital copy of a single image, click the Photo Download (Single) button on the right side of the page. That product will be added to your Shopping Cart. If desired, repeat the process with additional images. 

To purchase your entire collection of images, click the 'All-Inclusive Digital Package' button. The order will be placed in your shopping cart. If you had previously placed single image photo downloads, then those products are automatically removed from your Shopping Cart. 

Once you purchase a photo download, you may download your photos as many times as you wish. You will continue to have access to your digital copies until they expire per our standard storage policy.

To place an order for a photo print, click on the photo so it appears in large view on the main page. Choose a print size by clicking the button beside the product title.

Adjust the crop by zooming in or out as shown on the page. When done, click the Add to Cart button. You will have an opportunity to re-edit your image prior to placing your order.
 
To order a photo gift product, click on any photo so it appears in large view on the main page.  The list of gift products appears in the bottom right corner of the page. You may navigate by clicking the arrows. You may also click the Shop All Products button to see the complete list of available products.
 
Click on a product and then follow the workflow to select an image. Once you select an image you may click the Design button or use the zoom in/zoom out slider to reposition the image. Be sure to review your product before clicking the Add to Cart button, as the image will print exactly as it appears on your screen. 
 
If desired, repeat the process with additional products. When done, go to the Shopping Cart page to complete your transaction.

Prices for individual products appear below the product name on the right side of the page.

Shipping options are set to Standard (up to 14 days) and Express (1-2 days after manufacture). Depending on the country of destination, one or both options will be available. 

When you access your Shopping Cart and check out, click the drop down arrow for Shipping Method and select from the list.

After clicking a Gift Product, the “Design View” mode appears, allowing you to edit the photo if you wish. When editing a Gift Product’s photo, edit the image composition to your liking BEFORE clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

When done, click the “Add to Cart” button. The product will be displayed in the Shopping Cart with a thumbnail image of your product.

NOTE: The photo gift product will print as it appears in the thumbnail image on the Shopping Cart page. If you wish to edit the image again, click the Edit button on the particular line item to re-edit the image.

When your order is completed and shipped, an email is sent to your email address which includes estimated arrival date, order, and shipping details.

You may also check for information related to an order online. Log into your account using your email address and password. Click the Orders icon on the left side of the screen and click on your order. An order information screen will appear.

Orders may take up to 14 days to be received. If you believe that you should have received your order already, then click the "Help" link at the bottom of any page and then click the “Contact Us” icon. Fill out our Customer Support Form and be sure to include your order number.

Please note: If your order contains both prints and gift products, we may ship a portion of your order to serve you more quickly.  The remainder of your order will follow as soon as the remaining items become available. You will receive separate email notifications as multi-ship orders are completed and shipped.

If there is an issue with your product (damaged in transit during shipping or any issue regarding product quality or image quality, click the "Help" link at the bottom of any page and then click the Contact Us icon. When filling out the online form, be sure to attach a photo of the product displaying the damage or misprint. We can then resubmit your order or take other actions to assist you.

Purchases of digital downloads are not refundable.

Regarding photo prints or photo gift products, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will either reprint the original print or photo product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price. Please use this return form to send orders back for either refund or reprint: RETURN FORM .  We will refund your account or reprint your original print or photo product when we receive your return.

NOTE: Reprint requests of photo prints and photo gift products can only be accepted for the same image and product as the original order.
