My account email address is not recognized.

There is more than one reason for this error to occur. Here are steps you can take to resolve the issue.

First, confirm that you created an account. If you entered an email address and password and were able to view your images, then you created an account.

Next, confirm that the email address and password are correct. Test any other email addresses that you own to check whether you created your account with another email address.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, follow these instructions:

1) From the main page, click the View Photos button and then click the “Sign into an existing account” link. On the next page, click the “Forgot your password?” link.

2) Enter the email address associated with your account and click the Reset Password button.

3) An email will be sent to the email address with a temporary password. Once you have logged in, you can change your password by accessing the “My Account” section of the web site.

I received an automated email from you (expiration notice or other). I no longer have my Internet ID. How do I access my images?

If you created an account and viewed your images, you no longer need your Internet ID. Simply revisit www.mymscphotos.com, select your ship, and log in using your email address and password. At this point, you should successfully see your previously claimed images.

I am frequent cruiser and have already created an account. I cannot claim my new Internet ID.

If you previously sailed on an MSC cruise, claimed images, and created an account, then you may have difficulty claiming new images from your most recent cruise.

You have two options to proceed:

1) Use a new email address to claim your new Internet ID. The email address needs to be different from the email you previously used to create an account.

My images expired or are no longer in my account. Can they be recovered?

Depending on the length of time since the images were captured, we may be able to recover expired images. We will do our best to assist you.

If you wish us to attempt to recover expired images, click the "Help" link at the bottom of any page. Click the Contact Us icon and then fill out the online form. Be sure to include the date the photos were captured, the email address you used to create the account, the first and last names of all members of your part, and, most importantly, your group Internet ID (or IDs).

I didn't buy digital photos during my cruise but wish to do so now.

You may purchase some or all of the digital images in your account.

To purchase a digital copy of a single image, click the Photo Download (Single) button on the right side of the page. That product will be added to your Shopping Cart. If desired, repeat the process with additional images.

To purchase your entire collection of images, click the ‘All-Inclusive Digital Package’ button. The order will be placed in your shopping cart. If you had previously placed single image photo downloads, then those products are automatically removed from your Shopping Cart.
