How do I create an account?

To create an account, follow these steps:

1) Visit MSC Photos from your computer, tablet or smart phone. Click the View Photos button. 

2) In the Photo Card ID box, enter your Cruise Card Internet ID (recommended) or Photo Collection Card ID. Select your ship and then click the View Photos button. 

3) Sign up for your MSC Photos account. Enter your email address and enter a password. Click the “I agree” box and then click the Continue button. 

How do I claim my images?

In order to claim images, you must first create an account by following these steps:  

1) Visit www.mymscphotos.com from your computer, tablet or smart phone. Click the View Photos button. 

2) In the Photo Card ID box, enter your Cruise Card Internet ID (recommended) or Photo Collection Card ID. Select your ship and then click the Continue button. 

3) Sign up for your MSC Photos account. Enter your email address and enter a password. Click the “I agree” box and then click the Continue button. 

How do I zoom in, zoom out, or edit the image position?

To edit an image, click the “pencil” icon below the image to access the Edit Photo page.

The Zoom feature allows you to crop out unwanted parts of your photo by zooming in or out on an image.  Click on the Zoom slider and move it left or right as needed. You may also click directly on the slider or you may click the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ icons. 

Clicking-and-holding on the image allows for repositioning the image. The amount of repositioning available depends on the aspect ratio of the original image and the amount of zooming in/zooming out that is applied to the image.

How to add or remove a border

To edit an image, click the “pencil” icon below the image to access the Edit Photo page.

Use the Border slider to apply or remove the border. Available borders vary depending on the cruise ship and the shooting location within the ship. You may also use the Zoom slider to zoom in and reposition the image within the border.  

To remove a border, click the Border ‘slider’ icon again. The border will disappear. 

Click the Save button when you are finished editing your image. 

What are my shipping options?

Shipping options are set to Standard (up to 14 days) and Express (1-2 days after manufacture). Depending on the country of destination, one or both options will be available. 

When you access your Shopping Cart and check out, click the drop down arrow for Shipping Method and select from the list.

How to position a photo within the designated space when ordering a gift product?

After clicking a Gift Product, the “Design View” mode appears, allowing you to edit the photo if you wish. When editing a Gift Product’s photo, edit the image composition to your liking BEFORE clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

When done, click the “Add to Cart” button. The product will be displayed in the Shopping Cart with a thumbnail image of your product.

NOTE: The photo gift product will print as it appears in the thumbnail image on the Shopping Cart page. If you wish to edit the image again, click the Edit button on the particular line item to re-edit the image.

What is the status or expected delivery timeframe of my order?

When your order is completed and shipped, an email is sent to your email address which includes estimated arrival date, order, and shipping details.

You may also check for information related to an order online. Log into your account using your email address and password. Click the Orders icon on the left side of the screen and click on your order. An order information screen will appear.
