To find order status or tracking link do the following.

  1. Login your account on the Kmart website.
  2. Click on My Account then My Orders.
  3. Look for your order number and click Order details.
  4. At the top right click Order Status.

Order Status will inform you the current state of your order

When Ready for pickup status is achieved your order has been

completed. A store location map and store hours are available

for your convenience.

Kmart Photos will not accept refund claims of Photo Specialty products for change of mind.

Acceptable refund claims include:

Kmart Photos will accept product refunds claims for:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
  • The product does not match the sample or our description
  • The product is damaged during shipment

Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Detailed tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 4 business days from placing your order for the shipping details to be confirmed by email

Please contact our Customer Service team via the webform here. Supply your order number and explain the nature of your concern. There are three options; damaged product, faulty product or wrong product. If the order was made in the last 30 days then your order can be re-made. You have the option to remake or ask for a refund. Any order greater than 30 days old will be refunded.

Kmart Photos’ product orders are paid through the Kmart Photos’ website & mobile apps. All refunds must be processed by using the Contact Us webform here. Refunds cannot be processed in-store and must be requested via the form. A representative will contact you within 1 business day to resolve your matter.  

Gift cards or store vouchers can only be redeemed at your local Kmart store, and unfortunately these cannot be used when placing your order for photos or gifting items on


All orders must be paid at the time of placing the order on the Kmart Photos website or app.


You can find your nearest Kmart store when you click ‘Find a store’ on the website main menu.


Simply create an account on the website, select a product, upload your photos and add text if necessary, to create a personalised gift from our range of products. Proceed to your shopping cart, select your desired delivery method and complete payment. Please note that order delivery time may vary for metropolitan and regional areas.


It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If the products

that you receive are defective in any way, we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue. Please use the Contact Us webform to discuss the issue.

Kmart Photos’ orders cannot be combined with orders from for delivery.

Kmart Photos accepts the following forms of payment:

  • VISA
  • PayPal

Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Once your items have been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.

          Note: Orders that contain multiple photo products may ship separately. You will receive a shipping

                    confirmation email for each product shipped.

  • Tracking ID number in shipping confirmation email may take up to 1 business day to become active.
  • If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, check your junk/spam email folder.

    Allow a minimum of 4 business days from placing your order for your entire order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email.
