I have created a Photobook/Calendar/Collage project at home on my computer and I had saved it as a project. I wanted to add pictures from my phone. I cannot find my Photobook/Calendar/Collage project? Why?
Photobooks and monthly Calendar workflow is only available on your Desktop Computer and not on the mobile Phone. In addition, your projects (Photobook/Calendar/Collage) are not shared between the Kmart Photo Website and the Kmart Native iOS and Android Apps. You will need to upload your photos on your phone then use the desktop Photobook or Monthly calendar workflow.
Projects are retained for 12 months from the last time an account holder logs in. If you have not logged into your account for over 12 months, then all projects have been removed.
