I have the Order Number for my Photobook. How do I find the status of my order?
If you used the App on your phone, you could find your order number and status on the phone the Photobook was created on. You can go to Account, Order History and review your orders.
Also, if the App is removed from the phone, the Order History is also removed. Reinstalling the App will not bring the Order History back.
If you are having issues logging into your Kmart Photos account, it is important to note the following:
- The website for the Kmart Photos (kmartphotos.com.au) and the Kmart Store (kmart.com.au) have different Logins.
- For an account at Kmart Photos, select Log In / Sign Up.
- Enter your email address and password. Click Continue.
- If you used Facebook, Google, or Apple to sign in previously at Kmart Photos, you will need to scroll down for these pathways.
Password Recovery
- If you forgot your password for your account at kmartphotos.com.au, select ‘Forgot Password?’
- Enter your email address click continue, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
- If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder.
